At this year’s Regional YMCA Humanitarian Awards Banquet held in honor of John and Mary Alice Miner, Stephen Dummer provided the 2015 State of the Y Address and presented exiting CEO Philip Dioron with token of appreciation for his accomplishments during his tenure as CEO. Mr. Dummer will roll off as Chairman and President of the Gulf Coast YMCA in 2016.
