The attorneys of Dummer Law Group routinely represent clients before the various local municipalities and schools regarding zoning, compliance, and administrative disputes. The attorneys of Dummer Law Group have worked with and/or appeared before hearing officers, municipal, county and state agencies and judges in zoning, land use regulation, real estate development and non-renewal hearings as well as numerous administrative state and federal agencies.

The firm’s attorneys recently successfully resolved charges of wrongdoing by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Allegations were made regarding potential infringement or activities which would preclude labor activities. After conducting extensive investigations spanning fifty (50) years of material and preparing formal responses, the client received a withdrawal of charges and acknowledgment that the NLRB lacked evidence to proceed against the client.

The firm also recently assisted a prominent local non-profit in alleged racial discrimination violations by the EEOC. The non-profit had released several employees after a safety violation exposed children to potential life threatening risks. The employees alleged racial discrimination as the cause of the terminations. The firm has successfully defended its client from these allegations and handled the public relations aspect due to the protests organized by the terminated employees and covered by local media.

The firm routinely represents teachers and administrators through the grievance and non-renewal process. The firm recently obtained a reversal of a long time teacher who had been wrongfully non-renewed after a nearly weeklong administrative hearing.
