Corporate Experience & Capacity

Stephen has held management level positions since 1996. First, as a United States Marine, then in private business from 2001 through 2003 with a Fortune 500 publicly traded company. Stephen served as president and owner of a local automobile dealership in Gulfport from 2007 to 2013. Stephen has been practicing law full-time since 2006 and has been a partner since 2010.

Stephen routinely was required to resolve complicated factors such as employee violations of State and Federal Law, loss prevention and shrinkage within the business, as well as public relations issues due to prior management policies. In each experience Stephen has utilized a command and control approach to identify and isolate the problem and implement a strategic plan to limit unnecessary exposure and control messaging to ensure successful transition of the business. Stephen uses his first hand business experience to assist clients in resolving their real world problems with objective cost-based legal solutions.

The Dummer Law Group stands ready, should the need arise, to hire additional attorneys and/or staff if project(s) require additional resources.
