Marilyn Linscheid

Mrs. Lincheid comes to Dummer Law Group, PLLC, from the New Orleans market via the Florida panhandle where she utilized both her litigation and real estate skills and knowledge. Marilyn brings a unique combination of experience in complex commercial and residential real estate as well as complex litigation. Marilyn has worked with national entities to footprint the initial Skytel paging network utilizing contract and due diligence review and with major telecommunications companies for contract review and due diligence, resulting in the recommendation of building out of cellular networks. Marilyn was a key member of the team that established and closed the Astor Crown Plaza Hotel in New Orleans. That project culminated in the 93 Million dollar deal involving many players and national real estate entities.

Marilyn also worked for many years in the healthcare field at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson before returning to school to obtain her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. Marilyn has been fortunate to work with some of the best and largest firms throughout Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida with a focus on both state and federal courts. In her spare time, Marilyn spends her time enjoying her children and granddaughters. Marilyn and her husband, a pilot, enjoy traveling to airshows and aeronautical exhibitions.
